The place was spotless and stuff where hard-working, I enjoyed unique location. Breakfast was absolutely superb and had plenty of options - bread, toast, pastries and eggs. The guest room had a nice bed. The staff did all they can for a perfect 10/10 stay. Atmospheric hotel with friendly customer service. Location really close to sea side, Beachy Head, the South Downs.

This hotel was good price-value balance in comparison to other hotels. Everything was modern including staff and rooms. Set within 5 minutes' walk of the bus stop. Friendliness from the whole staff. Pool was nice too.

Ideal base for exploring Eastbourne. The location is marvellous, the breakfast is also sensational. We really loved the amenities, such as a TV set, a sitting area and a radio. Moreover, we parked nearby.
